親民黨總統參選人宋楚瑜今天說，若當選，為讓青年在高房價區居住，將提「青年兩桶金計畫」，比照房價一半到七折價住五年，退出後退還大部分租金，再給勞退保基金讓青年可創業。

宋楚瑜表示，過渡時期，為讓這些青年在高房價地區居住，將提「青年兩桶金計畫」，比照房價一半到七折價住五年，到期後退還大部分租金，再給勞退保基金，變成第二桶金，讓青年可創業，土地來源就用廢棄營區及閒置公家土地。
